The Sutton Yoga Center is located just outside the town of Sutton in the mountains of the Eastern Townships of Québec. It was built in 1987 as a result of Joan Matthew’s vision of a spiritual centre that would serve all seekers. The Center offers mainly classes in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation, taught by Joan Matthews and Qita Reindler. Joan also gives spiritual counselling sessions. The Center also has been offering on a regular basis Qi Gong classes with Collette Drapeau, Martine Migaud and Sylvia Berlin. Various other disciplines in personal growth are also offered.
